Current Definition

System-based negotiation is a mechanism which supports "collaborative work" and coordination by offering the possibility of voting. Simple votes of ACCEPTANCE and REJECTION should be accompanied by possibilities for ABSTAIN and the MODIFICATION of the propsed subject.
